Iris was born in Moscow, Idaho and grew up in Lewiston, Idaho and after a short venture to Canada - long enough to meet her husband Dale-she came home to the United States to settle in Spokane and has remained here since 1974. Soon after, Iris began a career here in accounting and with her abilities advanced to a position negotiating major purchasing contracts.

A love of real estate always played a major part in her life and she exercised her love of remodeling, construction and interior design by purchasing and "re-doing" homes for resale. This allowed her time to remain close at hand with her husband and daughter during her daughters growing years. When her daughter, Tracey, reached high school Iris began a full time real estate career.

Iris has dedicated herself to what she does best - sharing her knowledge and helping people. Drawing on a background of accounting, negotiating and hands on remodeling gives her extensive experience to assist her clients so that their entire experience is an enjoyable one!
